Its a damn good game, Yas Forums is retarded. I never see anyone mention how similiar it is to games like Stalker or even the movie and the Roadside Picnic book, even has porters NPCs roaming around using your equipment and buildings, cool as hell. Absolute bros, they will trade with you aswell.

Never played another Kojima game, but as someone who's a big fan of slow paced atmospheric and comfy games, this was a fun game with an interesting story to discuss afterwards. Not for everyone.

Porters are fucking cool. The ones I've encountered walk the same paths as I and other players do, so I'd trail behind them while doing prepper quests. My first encounter, I shot one dead before getting the tutorial message saying that porters are friendly, and all his friends acted shocked, made me feel guiltier than the docking of likes.
I have seen several posts saying Kojima stole from that book however. I don't really care if it's true or if he was simply inspired by it.
