Noire started it by being a dumb bitch. Also Neptune did most of the dirty work. Gear ended up with the most blood on her hands, but she was just a bystander to most of it.
I could deal with most of Conquest but not the part with the Twins or mindbroken Uni.

No grooming necessary, Rom was ready for it. I'm still sad RomGear never went past mk2, it was a cute pairing and beneficial for both parties.

I wondered why they would put so much effort into a "bad" ending? It certainly is memorable because of it. Of course because Japanese people have such delicate sensibilities and overblown the ending Nepgear will forever be a punching bag when she was a decent if generic protagonist.

It was symbolism, sacrificing what truly matters to stop a threat is never worth it. Nepgear stopped the apocalypse but ends up in a world that's slowly dying due to no goddesses, totally alone.

I finished this game the other day and it's pretty fun. Nepgear is actually a really nice protagonist who works well in her scenes with the other characters like Falcom and Cave. She lacks Neptune's charisma but for this game at least, she fits really well. I'm going to jump into ReBirth 3 when I have the time.
