Her arm got cut off by demons and Death gives her a new arm thats entirely black and has some weird effects so that she can take revenge on the demons for cutting off her white husband's head.
(Death is keeping the husband alive but he's just a talking dead. I know this is similar to Lolipop Chainsaw but I came up with this and didn't realise it was like that for a while actually)
