you can hit the light, medium or heavy button alongside the easy input skill button to get the different version without having to do the motion. So if you want medium fireball, press forward + Special + Medium. Same applies for EX

The difference between simple and traditional supers vary by character. You have to experiment with them all in training mode to see the differences. Across the board though, the proximity range for which you can get a cinematic for your super is lowered with simple input. For different characters, the distance it leaves your opponent after the super also changes too

Less invincibility for shortcut and some supers deal less damage (fastiva's) or significantly less chip (lowain)

Ferry has good fundamental. Just keep your distance fullscreen and poke with and anti air. Makes you force to learn step dodge when pressured since her normals are slow
