It will 100% come to PC eventually though, after PS5 though. I would guess Dreams 1 might never come to PC and they will just wait for the next gen version so that they don't have to handicap the PC version whilst letting everyone play everything.

They're better than the PS4 controller. Mine has awful drfiting going on with motion controls. Like within 15 seconds I need to recalibrate it. It makes the PS4 controller a pain to try to make anything with.
The move controllers take some getting uses to for rotation and zooming in and out, but you get a much better sense of 3D depth out of them. Way easier to rotate and scale stuff with them too.

Also. One of my moves is a little bit off but I have PS3 moves I bought on the cheap and one of them is a later one without the extra sensor in so its always a little off. But on PS4 and for PSVR its fine.
On PC however it drifts like a mofo. I don't recommend trying to use them on PC with the homebrew tools out there at all. The Bluetooth syncing is a nightmare.

And i would suggest that submitting it to their portal relinquishes your rights to later monetise. This is the right decision in my mind.
They posted an article today about applying to use Dreams creations commercially for things like music videos and concept art so you are fine to do that.
In terms of selling games I see 2 possibilities; 1 - You apply to media molecule and if they think your game/short/whatever meets their standard's they will allow you to sell it on PSN.
2 - They just give an explicit export to exe eventually and you can just sell that.

And you aren't penalised for creating anything, you are penalised for uploading it to their portal.
Very few things have been moderated unfairly and every single one has been put back up.
They are adding a moderation appeal system in game specifically to combat this too.
