That's a bit different, employers don't really like that either but if you let them know during the interview when you will be leaving they might still hire you. If you quit and wait several weeks or months to get another job then it makes you look lazy and unreliable. You'll have to lie about when you actually left on future applications and if they're the type of company that checks references then you will be found out.
