No, it's a hybrid and that's the problem with it. It's not a fully polished RPG nor is it a fully polished action game. Square has been doing that for a while since they can't decide who they want to market their games towards and try to please everyone. I'm still getting it because I love FF7 but just not sold on that aspect yet.

well think about it. The original he had a lot more lines that had nothing to do with brooding. Cloud always comes off as mister negative in his voiced counter parts but we never seen him speak in the original game and he isnt that negative. All we heard him was from his uncharacteristically version of advent children and kingdom hearts.
