SS2 has amazing gameplay if you are melee since its handling of close-ranged aiming is quite unique. But the guns and magic feel like absolute dogshit.

deus ex gameplay is good, it's more about the exploration/routing/stealth shit. i can see how you'd hate the gameplay if you try and play it like call of duty

rest i agree with more or less. metal gear solid especially, for how acclaimed it is, the gameplay is a fucking clunky mess that sucked when it came out holds up even worse today. literally better experienced as a movie.
