People just play this game for these raids and you need:
>A group of competent people
>Then you play the raid, you die because you don't know how these shit mechanics work
>You wait until the pros beat the raid
>Then you watch the pros videos to understand the mechanics
>It isn't a thing about "i see them once and now I understand all the battle" no, your whole team has to practice them for hours
>Your team knows all the mechanics but you or someone of your team fail at dps check so the boss that has a time limit will kill you
>More practice
>All set, now you can beat the boss and you go for the next one, there are four of them oh also your reward will be obsolete in a few months.

FF14 raiding is just memorizing the order their 5 mechanics come round and then hoping no one in your group is shit, even on the hardest modes which just make the timing windows tighter and require good gear. It's basically a rhythm game at this point. Someone will tell me to post my logs and shit like they always do, but I quit 2+ years ago at this point so get fucked. You know I'm right.

Holy shit, me and my static are complete casuals and we still beat the savage fights without watching any guides because it's more fun learning and doing it yourself.
If you need a guide you are just an idiot who is bad at the game.
