It happened but if I link any finished models you could probably find them on artstation. I could link gameplay but there are a few people here that know what it looks like. I guess I could give you an old wip head sculpt of the base character. But I'm not posting any animations or gameplay because it would just make Yas Forums asshurt. I guess the best to describe it is just AAA graphics in a AA style game.

The base character you see in the screenshot has a bunch of sliders and gender swap so you can make the character masculine or feminine with a bunch of body morphs. The men and women can be customized as well with a few preset full body morphs.

I never downloaded Koi because I was scared of getting viruses but I admire its potential. The thing with Japanese sex sims is that it does not have all that impressive animations. Whether or not you think the visuals are good is not whats important, it's the animated sim of rape, death, torture, and romance. I am a hand animator with a lot of experience so it was really easy for me to mix physics sims and key frame to get really realistic stuff. I only post here about it right now because I want to vent. I put in a lot of time and I've only now been hit with my conscience. Sorry for being a tease.

Actually, what I really want is a dungeon crawler like Chocobo's Dungeon 2 or Omega Labyrinth Lifes, but with the CD2 sprite artstyle and you play as lolis. Keep the weird monsters and everything, but you play as lolis. That would be really cute and fun.

Plot can be really generic where you as the MC just befriend everyone you meet.

It sounds like you understand what you're talking about. Kois animations are certainly rough and don't adhere to reality all that often. It has it's limitations for sure. You're also going with a more morbid and intense depiction of intimacy which I agree with as most devs nowadays lack the spine.
Personally I'd have player choice at both ends of the spectrum be it hurting or loving intensely but remember to not let opinions misdirect your artistic vision.
Your artistic vision is yours and nobody will ever understand it. Make sure you follow it.
