Putty in MMPR's fighting game has nothing but 10-0 matchups. The mook character is literally invulnerable 100% of the time unless the player errors in executing the Cartwheel special.

All the other replies in this thread are either bosses, characters from kusoge where the devs just didn't know what they were doing so every character is some degree of retardd, or wacky gimmick characters like petshop who aren't playing the same game as you.
Kokonoe is just a regular ass character, she's not a boss or a character from a street fighter 2 clone from the early 90s, she just has every tool she needs to win on a level nobody can approach. the only reason she's not more infamous is because they put out a re-release of the game within a year that broke her knees, and she was still stupid as hell
