Deluxe is just a port made to inflate the SW launch. If they didn't release DLC to MK8D, they will release MK9.

no they won't, MK8D is still selling like gang busters, hell Mario kart wii is still selling like crazy in some places they aren't gonna cannibalize their own sales with another game.
