I can still skip the first match though, easy 100+ coins and awakening stones. 9.1k and 8.9k POW on Misaki and Marie respectively, but they do have a sizeable amount of good accessory skills thrown in too.

Frequent-ish, I had to step out for a while but I did get some drop from a couple first clears. Maybe I'm remembering wrong and the drops were on S and not SS+ though.
Are your suits max awakened? I think each one is 2 extra if so, which is the same as the regular non-awakened SSRs so it evens out.

Blackjack is not a team game, everyone plays against the dealer for themselves. What the other girls do is completely irrelevant.
Also Monica as the dealer doesn't get to decide whether to draw or stand. The dealer in blackjack follows a set pattern of what to do.
You can see on the table it says sth like "Dealer must draw to 16 and stand on all 17s" which means that she continues drawing until she gets 17 or above and then she stops right after that.
Well this time it's Owner-dono giving stuff to her instead of Nyo giving a love choco to Owner-dono.
