You missed one

>Yu-Gi-Oh! babies think that they know anything about lore.

>Not even posting deepest lore

I missed quite a few actually, I should remake that. The little black cat demon shows up in a few other cards.

I really like Yu-Gi's visual story telling and I don't even play the game.

I am deeply intrigued by this

Literally every TCG has better lore than Yugioh.

Good to see there's a happy ending, at least.
At this point, who DOESN'T know about that one?

is there anything more kino than the power of friendship, shit gets me every time

Whatever you say nerd

Not even deepest lore, the Charmers are confirmed to be in the Duel Terminal world, so while Gagagigo is in the other dimension, the world was blown up like three times and have like four apocalypses. It is unlikely for anyone he knows to survive when he returns

there's a lot
yugioh.fandom.com/wiki/Card_storylines

You probably only play Yugioh because of the anime.

Girsu did nothing wrong. Nothing wrong whatsoever, man

>After his sister died, Ningirsu research consciousness transferring technology while cryo-freezing his sister's corpse in hope of resurrecting her
>Accidentally resurrect the fairy that possessed and killed his sister instead
>Listen to the fairy that killed his sister and build a self-replicating robot army and an orbital nuke thinking it was his sister
He might mean well, but the guy did a lot of accidental wrongs

This is missing some cards, such as Marauding Captain and all three of Inpachi's cards.

It also misses the confirmation that one of the charmer belong to the Gusto clan, ergo, the charmers live in a world that was blown up 2 time

I'd never actually read the flavor text on Risebell the Summoner (I wanted one for gameplay years ago but never ended up doing so) and I thought the entire time that Risebell was the girl due to the name sounding girly.

Now that I read up on it, it's missing quite a few cards on top of all that. Maybe I'll make a new chart for it if I feel like it today.

youtu.be/xfDoIH1N4sM

It's Trancefamiliar. Also, please do. I didn't even realize they were a bunch of connected cards aside from the three Risebell cards.

shit storyline, OP's is better

>Hiita the Fire Charmer is the only Charmer smart enough to get an effect monster that can't die by battle as a familiar.
All the other Charmers aren't even trying at this point.

The Spellcasters lore is the best
>Aleister is an ancient spellcaster, practicing a lost art because how crazy it was. Invocation allows you to summon Gods and Demons from other dimension and bend them to your will
>By bending them to his will, Aleister actually means fusing them with his body becoming an eldritch abomination
>One of the Gods or Demons rebelled sending Aleister into a coma
>Aleister's strange body cocoon itself while he was in a coma
>The founder of the Spellbook found a strange comatose body that absorb every spell in the surrounding
>Using the comatose body, they build an entire magic system using that comatose body
>Every spells the elders use are absorbed by the comatosed body of Aleister
>When the younger spellcaster want to use spell, they only have to invoke the system and draw the magic out of Aleister
>This become the biggest secret of the Spellbook, allowing them to become a leading power
>They built a giant magic tower to imprison Aleister within while still using him as their magic system
>Due to a war with a neighboring nation, Aleister was disturbed from his nap
>Using invocation magic that allow him to fuse with Gods and Demons from other dimension, Aleister fuse with the entire goddamned tower, turning into a giant demonic mech abomination
Nothing beat the retardation of the Spellbook using the comatose body of an old wizard as a battery as well as a magic system. It is stupid but you have to praise them for their boldness even if it turns out horribly

They should all be dead anyway. They have misfortune of living in the Duel Terminal world. At least hope that the hate virus didn't get them

>exist before Duel Terminal
>only Wynn has any actual connection to the DT presuming there isn't alt universe shit going on.
The Charmers can't die, user. You've seen their support cards. They just wait out Sophia, Tierra and the various other apocalypses so they can continue their quests to become the next Pokemon Master.

93% of Minesweeper players don't realize that the game is about underwater mines.

>Master forgive me, but I'll have to go all out ... just this once

I will always be more fond of Yugioh than MTG, mainly thanks to the anime, but you can't deny that the game has some severe flaws and outrageous things at this point.

Fast game =/= quality game.

Whats the best yugioh game to get back into playing

>Sophia, Tierra and the various other apocalypses
A few generations have passed

One of the world championship has the championship match decided by beatdown because both top player bricked horribly and they have to beat eachother with the biggest stick they have, and it was decided by a 2K beatstick

And the Charmers have Link versions which means they made it, user! They made it through long enough to finally get to the Vrains era.

kek it doesn't surprise me

i dont know what the fuck you guys are talking about but sounds interesting

I think Yugioh should brick comparatively less frequently than MTG-like card games though because every deck can have search out the ass

>Pokemon has better lore than Yu-Gi-Oh
Sometimes you say the dumbest shit, user.

The newest one, probably.

>you can't deny that the game has some severe flaws and outrageous things at this point.
Sure, it goes fast and extremely degenerate shit runs rampant to the point of people giving up on certain formats.
But the game remains interesting even during Firewall FTK formats.

Literally nothing will ever be as kino as best mother fighting off the Verz influence and saving Emilia from Zielgigas.

Also, the cosplayers are the coolest shit.

The charmers weren't part of DT, but people who were suspiciously like them were.
For instance, Ariel is extremely similar to Eria, but she's way older and she probably died during the Nekroz war, given that that's the last thing we see of her.

>All that fucking texts and effects
What an overbloated mess of a game this is and people unironically play this shit? It wasn't this unneedlessy complicated before

Yes.

>Also, the cosplayers are the coolest shit.
No, they are cringe.

Cosplayers are the best archetype

Any other Ojamabros here?

Attached: Ojamassimilation-LED2-EN-R-1E.png (340x501, 337.82K)

Speaking as a higher being, I play ABC-Ojama

>The charmers weren't part of DT, but people who were suspiciously like them were.
>"Wynn the Wind Charmer"
>Though she showed rare talent, she didn't like being tied down by her family, and decided to leave for the outside world.
Also, they stated that the Charmer storyline happened in the first Duel World. That mean every support after that happen before the "Terminal" Storyline. Straight from the Master Guide

So what's up with Eria then?
Is she one of the Ice Barriers?

I can't believe Crystal is fucking dead

Attached: ZefraProvidence-MACR-EN-R-1E.png (688x1010, 1.41M)

Hmm I thought Aleister became those Gods/demons, and with each time he became one of them he would get more and more corrupted.

Attached: 768767.png (480x696, 763.18K)

it's very clear what Aleister does when he summons his big guys if you look at Invocation

Post your decklist

cool thread

>IRL most players hate True Draco
>In the True Draco lore Master Peace saves many different dimensions and is the good guy
>that final art of True Draco Apocalypse card with Master Peace and Metaltron having one final battle against the True King of all Calamities

Attached: 1556768763883.png (549x800, 866.69K)

wow user, I've never noticed that before holy shit

Attached: KeeperofDragonMagic-CT15-EN-UR-LE.png (340x501, 350.35K)

Lithosagym should've genocided the Zoodiacs too.

Why Emilia look so much younger than her husband? Also i like how this mirror this card

Attached: SacredSerpentsWake-SHSP-EN-C-UE.png (500x728, 520.21K)

Probably related to her cosplaying as Sophia.

Nah, her regular form is a lot younger than her husband. Also Advance only become younger when he use the armors.

>The Mekk-knights get double crossed by lee
>On a final self redeeming act Blue-Sky gives his powers to Avram before dying
>Avram getting stronger as the story progresses with his final form turning into Avramax

Man the World Chalice/Legacy lore is so fucking KINO

Attached: WorldLegacySuccession-FLOD-EN-UR-1E.png (480x700, 665.1K)

What's with the Zefra lore having a shit ton of monsters from different archetypes? hell even some monsters from the Duel Terminal lore have Zefra variants.

They wear corpses and gain the corpse's power

Any lore about Morning Star and why the Lee world end up like this?

btw how does the lore continue with this nigga

Attached: 300px-InvokedAugoeides-ETCO-JP-R.png (300x444, 292.82K)

I always found the whole Pot of Greed - Goblin saga humorous.

Attached: 33784505.jpg (421x614, 53.33K)

Hence "Cosplayer"

And their kid only got older and Zefrasaber is young again.
The cosplays definitely have some sort of effect on their age. It might just be that Emilia doesn't age due to her condition.

Okay, so what happens is:
Kerykeion and Sombre killed Sophia, the evil Goddess who destroys the DT world and remakes every once in a while.
But with Sophia dead the failsafe started running, the Qliphort system booted up.
The Qliphorts and the Infernoids were both sealed inside the Naturia Tree (which is why the Naturia have "sealing" effects).

Attached: QliphortScout-PEVO-EN-SR-1E.png (688x1005, 1.52M)

Honestly, I just play casually with my Normal/Non-Effect Monster Deck. Getting a win by busting out Magician of Black Chaos feels great.

This video explains the World Chalice lore super quick

youtube.com/watch?v=0RS2AtnUyVg

Start at 9:51

Dragon Buster is basically Nightmare weilding the Soul Edge and it being purified by a dragon he adopts which he is forced to kill when it becomes corrupted by the sword, which then uses his remaining life force to fuse with and purify the Edge into Calibur.

>imaginary cuck format
Worlds never matter

What cards benefit from increasing a monster's level?
