yeah, it's pretty fucking cool that there's basically 0 delay from what the person did and seeing them do it unlike twitch which is 30 seconds behind AT MINIMUM (a feature that i'm sure guys like ninja don't use due to stream sniping) but that's fucking it. Everything else is inferior to twitch. In particular, the player sucks and VODs constantly have issues playing and chat doesn't get archived. and of course, i can't get free shit like with amazon prime on twitch so i dont really care.

What happened is that he made a smart business decision. Why beg for income when the entire thing can come crashing down overnight instead of selling your soul for a massive buyout instead. That way he secures a future for himself for when people inevitably start caring less about him.

You can set your delay and most streamers I watch do not have a 30 sec delay minimum. It's more like 5-15. Does it matter? Not really.

Unironically I think Fortnite is artificially powered by shills. When watching streamers play Fortnite you can tell that if they didn't get paid to play this they would not be playing it and I wouldn't be surprised if most of them think its a garbage game. Comparing that to another huge game with massive streamers like League of Legends you can tell that the streamers that play LoL genuinely like playing the game as they probably started playing casually before they became streamers. While Fortnite streamers only started playing the game cause they knew the game had potential to blow up.

Basically I'm just annoyed that streamers have so much influence and power and they do nothing with it besides being shills. Imagine how many games could have new life if these streamers played games they actually wanted to play.
