1. Literally no one cares about the story, 100% of plays only play it for gameplay.
2. That's not the story. The story is: dad leaves, Isaac goes insane and makes up scary shit and then suffocates in his chest and dies.

Spirit Sword + Mom's Knife. You can throw it while spinning.

There are some rooms that are unbeatable with shit range, like with the wall spiders, which is why all melee weapons have a throwable.

Around 70 more, did most completion marks on everyone including the DLC characters + the Forgotten, but getting to hush or delirium on certain characters while also hopefully having a good run felt like such a fucking chore especially on characters like Keeper

Is there a way to turn off items yet? I have gotten god head more times then I have gotten bent spoon or Dr.Fetus.

They're making Repentance together with Antibirth devs - and unlike AB+ it's not rushed, so I have high hopes for it.
Repentance is basically Antibirth + more shit. They say it's "biggest yet".

I enjoyed playing as the lost because even though he died in one hit he has some interesting mechanics like free devil room items and starting off with flying and spectral tears. The keeper shoots slowers, has lower damage, shit hit points with no way to upgrade it and punishing devil room deals along with terrible unlocks

My simple one-move solution to Keeper: grant him Greed's Gullet effect innately from the start.
(this allows more than 2 max HP if you collect enough money)
That means you have more room to fuck around with your money-health.

Don't go to Angel rooms then.
Also, Dr Fetus is a Special Item, which increases its rarity greatly.

After coming back to this game to try and 100% another save file, I forgot how cute some of the characters were. By the way is Siren guaranteed to be in the Antibirth DLC thing? Edmund better fucking not had put her out for some reason, i'm already fearing this DLC after seeing those horrid new flies.

Repentance is scheduled to end of summer.
I'm fine with waiting longer though if it means Vinny gets more time to do everything he wants. Part of why AB+ is so shit is because it was rushed and also because Ed is creatively bankrupt.

Is it just me or is the lost souls Isaac card game just painful to play? I played about 7 games, all ranging from 2-4 players and the same thing keeps happening. Somebody gets all the good stuff, somebody gets locked down and is unable to do anything while everyone refuses to work together to take down the big guy and just fights each other grinding the game to a slow halt. Is it the game or just the people I play with? Doesn't help even the basic weak monsters are difficult to kill even when somebody isn't actively trying to screw you over.

Also fuck Lazarus in four souls, doesn't lose treasure advantage when he dies plus he can just recklessly attack monsters to get their loot/soul and if he happens to die just replaces a treasure he doesn't want or need to hopefully get a better one for basically free.

Alright lets discuss which charachter is the worst to complete in terms of unlocks.
I keep cain and lazarus for last because all of their unlocks are garbage, samson and azazel should be rushed tho.

Transformations are shit.
Especially angel and devil ones that requires 3 items from a pool of like 50. What is the point? With Guppy you at least have to try to really piece it together. Leviathan is always coincidental.
