Alright, I haven't played this fucking game since approximately 2013-2014 (by the time I quit, Performapals were dominating). I've been seeing these threads for the past month and I'm intrigued, so what are they, is it fun, and how do I play too?

Here's everything you need to know

see the short version is you roll a random deck and duel and trade your way up to a stronger deck.

It's a great way to refamiliarize yourself with it and learn new cards. We reset the 1st and 16th of every month so that way the powerful can't stay super powerful for long. as much as I hate the idea of getting rid of my Aromages, it's for the greater good given what some other players have.

should be aware that some people have fairly good decks and you might lose a bit early on
that said some people are nice enough to not use their main decks if you're just starting out

Unfortunately, yes. I need Avarice in order to keep certain plays live after I burn my single copies of various cards. If I had another Solflare or a dupe(s) of the main deck monsters, I'd be more willing to trade Avarice, but I feel that it's necessary for now.
