Benching is one of those lifts that is always hard regardless if you are Big Z or king of the manlets. My own benchpress sucks (70kg) because I don't do enough of mostly because I prefer deadlifting as i'm lazy and deadlifting is efficient in that regard.

I've been around the US quite a bit and there are attractive women everywhere but the reason you think there are more in big cities is because there are just more people and the fact that the ugly ones put extremes amount of make up on to trick people into thinking they are somewhat attractive.
