If it were Sakurai's pick I think he'd probably roll with Demitri or genuinely try his damn hardest to get Morrigan to look less provocative. Which is possible.
Sakurai somehow made Bayonetta work. Granted I think a DS rep would only happen if DS had a large resurgence or was the face of Capcom (i.e SNK)

The issue with morrigan past the tits, which honestly as long as they keep the heart I don't think anyone would complain if the neckline was farther up, is the leotard/leggings. I just don't know how CERO would react to them.

My issue with a Darkstalkers character has always been that... well, why would Capcom ever push Darkstalkers over a series they actually care about

well duh that's the biggest issue here, Capcom doesn't give a flying shit about Darkstalkers outside of how they can use it in crossover games to add more girls after every other franchise gets their reps. But I'm just discussing the hypothetical that they snort some crack and decide to shove a DS character into smash
