Basically unless you have every single element at your disposal, and by trial and error know what element works on who, you're fucked.
Tank in front, anyone that can attack using elements in the back, it's a DPS race, if they kill your tank before you can get rid of at least 2 of them you might as well quit and reload your savefile.

Focus on one at a time. I recommend getting rid of green, red, and blue since they all inflict heavy status and elemental damage. Sleep, poison, burn, freeze, and torpor are all their go tos. Alternatively, deal with tan first since he can heal and buff. Umbrella man hits the hardest and is incredibly fast though, so long as you out DPS him you can survive.
