Yes. BotW IS easy.
Once you have the formula for Lynel down you can just get yourself a few blades with dura, up your attack with banana soup and take them out in 2 minutes.
Hell even on hard mode when they have more health and do more damage it becomes the same routine just an additional 3 minutes.
Which in total would take 5 minutes off your life but whatever.

From the start of the game, until I went to the Zora town and did their dungeon BotW was amazing, but then it just plateaued.
