It's not a bad game but definitely overrated imo. I love metroidvanias, but I just could get into hollow knight for some reason.

It is probably the best modern Metroidvania. Top tier all around, nothing about it is bad.

It's legit one of the better designed maps in a Metroidvania.

Everyone on here kept saying how it was really good and the best Far Cry in a long time, so I checked it out. And it's the most soulless piece of shit I've ever played in my life- an absolute bore as well. No idea how people can stomach modern AAA shit.

Not to mention that's definitely not the only thing that makes NKG difficult. Traitor Lord also deals two masks of damage but he's not that hard at all.

You can not like the artstyle or the themes but gameplay wise, it's one of the best metroidvanias.

I have done the game without a guide and dear god is it confusing but I have had fun so far.
The only boss that wrecked my shit when I randomly found it was Flukemarm.

ive beat everything else in the base game multiple times with the randomizer on hard mode and nk grimm but i still cant beat radiance cuz im too lazy to learn the pattern lmao

NKG is the hardest non-Godhome boss in the game and has like four attacks, beating that fight is entirely dependent on your skill at dodging.

Because va-11 hall-a and undertales is shitty games and Yas Forums wasted my money tricking me into buying them.

This. Ubisoft, EA, and first-party Sony games all have threads like that, and in the case of the first two they do fake outrage shit before and early in the release too (see: the literal spam with the same image every time about Apex). Go on the archives and search the image MD5 next time there's a major release for any of these, you'll see it in dozens of different OPs with similar or identical post text.

It's a great game that attracted autistic spammers. Most criticism of the game on Yas Forums is shit posting and none of the games flaws can't be found in super metroid.
