You can be bi in Stardew Valley. You can also be exclusively straight or exclusively gay. The characters are implied hetero since they're paired up 1 guy to 1 girl (usually). More games should adopt this model, making characters straight but giving the player the option to have them as gay or bi if they want. I believe they call it playersexual.
