Being Women's day, what's your favorite Megaman girl? Try not thinking with your dick for your answer and make sure to go back to vidya talk after your reply
Megaman Zero/ZX Legacy Collection (and others)
Sonia desu
>Vent/Aile has long hair in ZXA in honor of Giro
>Vent's is almost the exact same style too
Girls are gay, post your favorite boy instead
hard to choose
Pandora, I have a thing for kuudere and she is fun to fight
I can't dodge Elpizo's life stealing orbs no matter what
Aile, of course.
Which ZX game had the best side quests?, I thinks this was never discussed as far as I reckon.
Harpuia
Which Megaman character suffered the most?
ZX had sidequests? IIRC all the missions were mandatory.
1. Avoid getting caught be the beads. IIRC it's ironically easier to do this when you're up close than far
2. Even if you get caught, you can shake yourself out of it if you're quick.
Noble Mandrago's voice makes my dick rock hard
I LOVE AILE SO MUCH, BROS.
Advent because getting around the map wasn't shit.
My wife leviathan obviously
I find it ironic that Z1's map implementation is significantly better than ZX's.
Then you weren't talking to the NPCs around the ship and city. Many of them had sidequests for more crystals and upgrade parts.
Which reploid has the best smelling butt?
Not him but is it worth consulting a guide to make sure I don't miss any?
if you think about it Z1's map design is more about re-utilizing assets rather than being structured like a metroidvania but not actually being one, like ZX
Huh. didnt think of it that way.
I don't think so. Just talk to everybody and they'll tell you if they've got something.
The only tricky one may be a chain of fetch quests between two people that awards a Sub-Tank (the only one you can get in Hard mode).
To be fair ZX is so far from properly implementing a metroidvania I don't even consider it one.
So based on that, I just judge both games on "interconnected world map", which Z1 does far better because it has the decency to teleport you the start of the stage when you need to go there for a mission.
I would give everything to be with Aile
I remember that a few threads ago some user were complaining about the elusive infiltration of SJWs in the megaman franchise, but since his argument was related to a writer who got hired for the might n. 9 project no one gave a shit
I honestly really hope that SJW stay the fuck away from megaman, they have ruined and tarnished so many beloved franchises it's horrifying, first star wars, then the Witcher, then Castlevania, i just hope megaman's turn never comes
The nice part about being a fan of a half-dead series is that people don't really give a shit about it.
I can only guess that leviathan's butt smells like salty water
Tell that to us CastleMania fans
Mega Man doesnt make nearly enough money or have enough cultural impact to use as effective propaganda for it to be worth their time.
>I honestly really hope that SJW stay the fuck away from megaman, they have ruined and tarnished so many beloved franchises it's horrifying, first star wars, then the Witcher, then Castlevania, i just hope megaman's turn never comes
30XX's art director is a SJW
Unless Castlevania gets a collection, a fangame or anything at all, threads aren't worth checking out.
Just wait for the faglucardposting die out in the meantime.
you mean the megaman clone that removes the single most important thing in a megaman game, deliberate level design?
So I looke up Elpizio online and...this is really the last fight? He doesn't mutate further?
30XX, Gunvolt, MN9 and Shanghai are all under the category of "not Megaman"
Look, as long as the guy in charge of pic related is making the business decisions I dont think we have anything to be worried about.
Yeah but people just worm their way into shit the way things work. Dina literally got onboard MN9 because she was dating Ben Judd.
Yeah, it definely doesn't
But that can be taken as a good thing, I still believe that a megaman series/movie can happen, and since like you said megaman doesn't have the same cultural impact of other franchises it could easily swept under the radar of SJWs.
However even thought megaman is small that still doesn't mean that it's safe, sonic the hedgehog is also a franchise not many people give a shit about and yet it still managed to stir up a drama for the birds of prey flop, in which sonic fans just laughed it off and got a sweet box office sale.
The point I'm trying to make is that despite the franchise not being recognized as much as others if any big project were to happen (like a Netflix adaptation or a movie) said project can still attract unwanted attention from the wrong people, always be careful
>sonic the hedgehog is also a franchise not many people give a shit about
Are you serious?
Fighting Omega on Hard Mode in ZX.
I fucking hate how he has an instant kill combo thanks to you only having base health.
Here's a tip, at least for normal mode
>don't use the saber, only your buster
>keep your distance while you charge your attack
>then schut
In a sense that the majority of normies don't actually care about the franchise and only remember sonic as being a 90s icon classic
Oh I have no problem with Normal Mode Omega. You generally will have a lot more health and maybe a couple subtanks as back up if you really need to use them.
Why does every MMZ game need a long ass cutscene before every final fight, it's really sours the experience.
Can't you skip them in 3 and 4? I know in 1 and 2 you can't.
It makes things more climatic
Can we all agree that the difficulty goes down with each entry? Zero 1 is the hardest, then 2, with 4 as the easiest? Not talking about quality here, just difficulty.
>needing subtanks and extra health for normal Omega
Come on now, user
I dunno anything about game design but I don't get how they can easily add saves states but not skippable cutscenes for MMZ1/2. It really sucks because Copy and Elpizio are fun fights.
I can. If anything, I feel Zero 1 was created to be as different from the standard Mega Man formula as possible, but by Zero 4 had fully reverted back to the formula.
None of them are particularly hard. But I remember people bitching about 2 the most and 4 the least.
Hilariously enough, there's enough stuff about race relations in the series that half the work is already done for them.
He has two phases, what the fuck more do you want?
When you get experienced with the game and are just doing a casual playthrough it's fine, but when you're doing rank runs it's insane, especially for Elpizo.
>climatic
No, only Zero 4 had weather.
The in ZX is a lot more challenging than the Zero 3 one, user.
Subtanks make them easy, without them they would be tougher.
>The level in Z3 where the water rises into electric wires
First time going through this game and holy hell this is a nasty level.
Take your time.
I don't need Subtanks, I said you have them if you needed them. The extra health is something implicit that you'd probably have by then unless you went out of your way to not explore or obtain them.
The final level of Zero in particular is a very long slog with no checkpoints, doing every boss then Copy X over and over with a difficult level in the middle of all of it is a tall order. I can do 2-4 without any assistance but 1 I had to use save assist.
Ranged attacks, even more easier if you have model X.
Is Ciel the only test tube baby made by Neo Arcadia, or are there others?
Are they all girls?
Just beat 2...why did people say the final fights were hard again
I don't have model X since its the second playthrough I'm doing on the collection. Model X makes everything a joke in ZX as well, not just Omega.
I think some of the bosses actually get harder over time. They sort of adapt to player strategies and by Z4 we have shit like Craft.
...people say Z2 has the easiest final battle BY FAR.
I want to kiss a Reploid
I just finished mmz 2 for the first time yesterday and yeah
Elpizo is piss easy and I suck at these games
Zero 1 has the easiest bosses but hard as fuck missions
Zero 2 has some piss hard missions as well as some tough early bosses, but the fact you get 2 free subtanks (no penalty) really makes the endgame bosses a breeze. The aircraft mission halfway through is among the hardest in the series, only beaten by Protect the Factory from Zero 1.
Zero 3 has the best balance between stage and boss difficulties. Double jump breaks the game quite easily. Omega is challenging for newcomers.
Zero 4 has the hardest bosses for elfless runs with no subtanks... but the new elf system really made this entry the easiest. All the missions are fairly forgiving.
So, I’d rank them from hardest to easiest:
Z2 > Z1 > Z3 > Z4
If Megaman threads were a person i would hug them
