How long did that take? I've done 16X16X10 before with stone solo and it took a while.

at the very least they should keep developing the 'programmer art' alongside their new artstyle, it becomes more and more unusable as they add new blocks that don't fit in with the old style when you have it enabled. It's an artstyle that was able to make a block of dirt iconic, I don't know who thought their new shitty texture deserved to replace what was in the game when it became the second most sold game in the world.

This is the problem I have with every new update with Minecraft. Every new shit they add, the less it looks like Minecraft and more like some fan made shit that they stole from some RPG mod.

I've been using the programmer art, and it made the game much more bearable but I haven't figured out how to get the developer art mod to work

When you open the resource pack screen it shows you a list of all the resource packs in the folder
When you move them into the column that activates them, the ones that are on top are loaded AFTER the ones that are on the bottom, so their assets override those of lower packs.

Is Feed the Beast still the most 'popular' minecraft modpack? Is there a way to find out which mods the latest version includes?

That's because project E is broken as shit, whether because mod creators don't bother adding compatibility or because there's no fucking way to balance it properly.

TNT drops every block you blow up with it now, but for ores and shit it's DEFINITELY useless since you could just go for Fortune III.

Seriously though, man, I'm getting real tired of these games where it's shit like... Mindless busywork for the sake of doing more mindless busywork "more efficiently". You have shit like RPG's where you're grinding to progress, Monster Hunter where you're doing hunts over and over, and whatever, but that's all still "progression". It legit saddens me thinking of people who just play games or watch movies or TV shows just to waste time until they have to work some more.
