Fluted Armor looks like a parody. It looks like the armor some retard fuck-up knight would wear in a one off gag in Monty Python and the Holy Grail. Just look at its drooping eyes and wide smile, the entire design is unintentionally hilarious. The ridiculous pose they have it in in OP's picture doesn't help either.

Armour on the right looks way more practical. Don't understand the lack of a plackart though, and the missing armour on the right arm which is retarded.
Armour on the right has too much clutter, using chain mail on the torso instead of plate is stupid since it weighs more and protects less, and then again the retarded design decision of using armour on the left arm and not on the right one.
