Sekiro isn't just another Dark Souls clone like Bloodborne was though, its actually its own thing.
Did you actually play it, or were souls games too hard for you so you just assumed no one actually liked them?

The games aren't actually hard you know, for Demons Souls and Dark Souls just roll toward attacks instead of away from them, rolling away means you'll have no time to counter attack. While rolling you basically don't exist for a second and just can't take damage.

In Sekiro you have to do the opposite and block/parry and go ham as often as possible. Its more about being high action/relentless.
Bloodborne just felt like they wanted to make an action game but weren't allowed to stray too far from the Souls formula. I'm not a fan of it myself, but its whatever.

I don't hate Ghosts of Sushi cause its going to be popular, I honestly doubt it will be anyway. I think it looks boring because its just BamHam with a different story/setting. Its a game we've already played before. The Arkham games are not fun, they're literal buttonmashers for the same kind of people that buy every Assassin's Creed game.

Sony doesn't cave to gay petitions. Their exclusives exist to give people reason to buy their consoles and become Playstation gamers. They could care less about the paltry amount they'd get from PC sales for specific games compared to the huge profits they get from the 30% cut of every multiplat Playstation game sold, or people subscribing to PS+
That's also why they always discount their best exclusives down to like $20 after 1.5 years.
