It's dead serious. Alucard is depressed over killing his father and his two best friends (Trevor and Sypha) leaving him to go travel. Then the Jap twins show up and he becomes their mentor and starts opening up to people again. They take advantage of his new vulnerability and come onto him really hard out of nowhere and initiate an orgy, during which Alucard is lying on his back crying the entire time while they take turns either riding him or anally fucking him.

Most of Yas Forums didn't actually watch the show and so everyone leaves out the funniest part about it. The Alucard sex scene happens as a series of rapid cuts mixed in with three other storylines. So you get like 10 seconds of Alucard's boypussy getting annihilated, then it switches to Hector fucking his vampire femdom mommy gf for 10 seconds, which then cuts to Isaac and his army of undead fighting some random level 20 wizard and his own army of undead which combines to form Legion, and then 10 seconds of Trevor and Sypha dabbing on Dracula cultists and their army of demons. Then it goes back to Alucard being fucked in the ass for another 10 seconds and just keeps repeating over and over with jump cuts from all four subplots while extremely unfitting dramatic music plays in the background. The episode is pure cringe kino.
