I liked the second form persona in this game better than the others.
1) they were more than just a recolor
2) they helped bridge P5 with mainline by giving almost everyone a Chaos aligned demon, to go with the rebellious nature of P5.

Yoma is actually Neutral in SMT2, Mercurius is a non-summonable boss, and the scene where he is summoned is extremely chaos. With the chaos theme coming up, the dolls that open the portal (it's a very classic ritual). I don't even know how you can know his race without looking at the game's code, which again could be very arbitrary.
SMT2 is weird with alignments. Like, Megami are Neutral for instance.

Anat is not a common demon at all. She was also Femme in Devil Survivor for instance. But I repeat myself in her latest game appearance she has the luxury if a race exclusive to herself and the stone of mecca, which is Chaos. She herself is also more earthly than celestial but that's besides the point.
Honestly though, I feel the Megami and Lady races are very interchangeable outside of the few hallmarks like Hathor, Hariti, Athena, and Kali. Where they're thrown into often feels like gameplay padding more than careful thought of their role as a god.
