How did Gravity Rush 2 get away with this?

GR1 remastered is a straight port with no new content, but it looks a hell of a lot nicer owing to the fact that it's 1080p and 60fps.

I don't think it obsoletes the vita version but if it's on sale or something I'd get it if you ever wanna replay it. It also includes all the DLC for free.

Only the american version, since sony was stupid and tried to make it digital only at first until they got huge backlash for it and half assed a really limited amazon.com exclusive physical version. Yuros got a normal release.

Most are willing to admit the story and gameplay are mediocre, but the music, art direction, and cute girls are top notch.

Combat is shit but exploring is pretty enjoyable and while the overall plot is average the writing and side quests are pretty charming too.

GR1 is solid all round but 2 I think didn't really completely succeed in expanding on everything 1 set up though.

Like 1 had kind of a weird unfocused plot but it set up some good intrigue, only for 2 to come along and it's just ADD chaos that forgets half the elements it establishes and turns some questions into even bigger questions. Like we know LESS about Raven at the end of 2 than we do at the end of 1, it's almost impressive.

It's just fun to fly around in this game, and 2 did a great job at filling the world with secrets (even though I don't think JPL is as well designed as Hekseville for the flying gameplay)
