Rank AC games.
Rank AC games
black flag > 2 = brotherhood > syndicate = unity > origins = odyssey
only the ezio ones are good (except revelations)
the pirate game is a meme game loved only by redditors
Black Flag > 2 > Brotherhood > 1 > Revelations > 3 > Unity
Haven't played the rest.
Kill yourself.
Black Flag > 2 > 3 = syndicate > everything else.
I haven't played any of the series past syndicate so i can't comment on their quality.
1 was cool, the rest suck
>movie games
>good
You could say dog shit is better than cat shit, but in the end, it's pointless.
>Rank AC games.
Unity > 2 > 3 > Black Flag > 1 > brotherhood > Rogue > Revelations > Syndicate >>>>>>>>>>>>>> Origins = Odyssey
From the ones I played:
2 > Black Flag > 1 > Origins > 3
Still have Unity and Syndicate sitting my library
1 was so bad. it nearly made me cry when I was 12 and begged for it for christmas, I finally play it and it's terrible.
>inb4 le underage
I'm 26.
Odyssey >= Origins = Black Flag > everything else except for 1 > AC1
Black flag
The rest suck.
2 > Brotherhood > 1 > Revelations > 3
dropped 4 halfway through
What's the best setting?
Ezio+Altair - god tier
everything else - don't bother tier
venice in AC2 is the best area
France in Unity is litteraly why I bought the game, followed by the pirate setting from BF. The others really didn't appeal that much for me.
1 (the only one with good story) > 2 (best cities) > Black Flag (most fun) > Unity (I love it now that it's 89.3% fixed) > Brotherhood/Revelations > didn't even bother with the rest
filtered
I only played the original back on ps1 way back In the day as well as for answer and verdict day, and i guess i rank them all s tier, just a great series.
i actually enjoyed Odyssey. that is, i like the more freedom it has in terms of movement and hit marker combat compared to Origins and the one before it where you basically press one button to do "cringe" assassin moves.
with that said, that same reasoning separates it from being an "assassin's creed" game. shit can be titled something else and no one would bat an eye.
other than that, the odyssey story is shit, rpg gearing is mediocre, but who gives a fuck anymore about assassin's creed story after Ezio's.
i honestly wished Odyssey and Origins were not an AC game and be a separate thing on their own.
Beginner tip: disregard anyone who praises 4. They are brain dead morons
not him, but
you kill yourself lol
Black Flag isn't even a fucking AC game, cunt
regardless of whatever taste you have, it's just a fucking pirate simulator and isnt anything like it's predecessors. for bettter or worse, its not an AC game, so its shit. Just like Origins, Odyssey, and almost everything after 3 with the exception of unity
Brotherhood >>>>>>>>> Revelations > 3 > 2 > Unity > 1 >>>>>>>>>>> Black Flag, Odyssey, Origins, all the other faggot nigger shit that ubisoft made so they could milk the series rather than make actual AC games that follow any semblence of a cohesive story/modern day plot
killing desmond was the worst fucking mistake the writers ever made, by far
Origins > Odyssey > Black Flag > Syndycate >>>>> other trash
I got it when I was 13 and i thought it was the best shit ever, so your taste is subjective. the ending of it also hooked me into the other iterations, which post 3, are complete shit
Why is Oddyssey so low? It's Origins but better
Black Flag > Rogue > 2 > Revalations > Syndicate > Origins > Brotherhood > 3 = Odyssey > Unity > 1 > Chronicles > Liberation
Origins (quality) > Odyssey (quantiti)
here they are. the absolute morons
Based.
odyssey is the only good one
>2
>Brotherhood
>Unity
>1
>Revelations
>Rogue
>Flag
>3
>Syndicate
>Odyssey
Didn't play AC: Kangz, it is better than Odyssey?
shit > assassin's creed
well this was difficult
Never played a single one out of 10. I literally have no idea what these games are but any time you see footage it's the same retard shit.
They're just simple stealth games user, other not that complicated.
2, 1, brotherhood, revelations, origins, odyssey are great
syndicate and unity are good
3, bloodlines, liberation, 4, and rogue are meh/boring
You mean Origins but worse? Literally the only good thing about it is the improved combat.
>Main character is a selfish asshole even if you're being selfless, and even if you deny rewards of your own accord the MC acts like it was a waste of time.
>MC makes no smart decisions during the entire story even if you're going for the best ending and completely does a 180 on Sparta while still hating it to the point that they want to live there while still hating it.
>Cult of Kosmos has no presence at all during the entire story despite there being like 40 of them, the few of them that do get lines have barely any, Deimos is like the only one involved in anything regularly and it's not even about Cult business, and they're all glorified mercenaries with the exceptions of Aspasia, Kleon, Elpenor, and Lagos.
>"Main characters" like Socrates and Alkibiades are barely involved in the story and are barely fleshed out to the point that even when you do their side quests and finally come together during your round table in Athens you barely have any idea who 3/5 of the people are and two of them have had no character development.
Pythagoras is like the only fleshed out character that isn't the Wolf of Sparta.
>The switch to Hunter/Warrior/Assassin damage means Hunter and Assassin are basically unusable until level 40-50, Assassin can barely kill low tier mooks, and you need to heavily invest into a 100% crit build with damage at full health if you intend to kill Mercenaries or even lower tier enemies like Polemarchs.
They literally had a working system with Origins that melded the three perfectly no matter your level and pissed it all away.
>Parkour is even more of an afterthought.
>Towns are devoid of life most of the time that even a small area like Siwa has more life than Athens or Sparta.
>Tombs are all copypasted compared to Origins.
>World is three times as big as Origins with even more repetitive content like camps.
>tfw you literally cannot play the Atlantis DLC if you have this GPU
I thought people were joking but apparently it was true.
Ran out of room.
>The Adrestia is much worse than Aya's ship, deals even worse damage than the Experto Crede which was already utter garbage outside of its mortars, and you're constantly getting into ship battles to do anything.
>Legacy of the First Blade is the only time it ever feels like an Assassin's Creed game with the Order of Ancients actually having some sort of presence in the story and setting things up from the background unlike the completely useless Cult of Kosmos that can't even really take over Athens properly despite that being their only goal.
>Choices during the main story are the only ones that have any consequence, and all they determine is if you can save family members or not.
>Choices during the sidequests are all pointless, don't affect you in any way outside of Kyra and Thaletas' quest chain, and you can actively betray Sparta AND Athens and still be in their good favor.
The ONLY exception to this are the quests in Hades, specifically the ones surrounding the little girl from earlier in the game and the Spartan friend because your choices determine where they end up and they can actively give you worse ends despite picking options you thought would lead to a positive outcome which was well done.
>You can bang every single person in the game and confess your undying love for several of them like Odessa and the black chick and still marry Darius' child without any issues coming up from any of the various people you professed your undying love to.
The exception being Adonis, you have to tip toe around certain decisions, but even then you can still bang him and have Persephone free him if you're careful without any issues.
>Can't turn off enemies leveling with you like in Origins, the most you can do is make it so they're -4 your level randomly.
>Everything about the modern day store is a trainwreck that insults people who kept up with it.
I could not understand the love Odyssey got. Origins is miles better.
1 best narrative and themes. 2 best locations and OST. Brotherhood best gameplay and multiplayer. Revelations best time waster. 3 best way to kill franchise. Black Flag best pirate game in a long while, shame about the AssCreeding stuff. Rogue best sailing and protag. Unity best art design, holy shit those interiors. Didn't play the others.
Armored Core 4a > 1 > MoA > 2
Came here to post this.
Yeah they are rank
>bloodlines
>e rank
absolutely bluepilled, that game was great
When enemies spawn in front of me walking around the corner as I'm in the process of stabbing another one which causes an instant alarm because Altair is still trying to take his knife out of a guard I'm hesitant to say anything nice about it. It's neat in terms of the technical aspects of it but from a gameplay aspect it's dreadful, especially with how they hid all those tokens in every single level and they're a pain in the ass to find but needed if you want upgrades.
1 > 2 > brotherhood > odyssey > revelations [[[[power gap]]]] black flag (yeah fuck you, it's boring as 3 was, you just like pirates and have shit taste) > 3 = origins
Haven't played unity/ syndicate nor rogue. I came back after a long pause to odyssey, which was a decent game, albeit I'm in firmly in the ''not AC'' camp. Tried origins because it was similar and I was annoyed how much quality of life improvements odyssey had made in comparison. Plain not fun to play and the Egypt setting felt boring and superficial. Bayek had charisma but his character felt underdeveloped. Both him and his Tracy equivalent of a wife are just murder tools that are used by the historical questgivers.
Mind you, both odyssey and origins have incredibly bad and abrupt endings to their main quest line and you're expected to fuck around in the sandbox until finishing subquests.
Kek, I just read up on that. What the fuck is ubi doing?
Great analysis, thanks
2 > brotherhood > black flag > revelations > unity > 1 > pure trash >Lost interest in syndicate after the first 30 minutes and I never played the other ones
2 > Black Fag >>> Brotherhood > 3 > 1 >>>>> Revelations
I haven't played the newer ones, but I enjoyed the Ezio games, black flag, and unity.
>Lost interest in syndicate after the first 30 minutes
Same, I had been reasonably hyped for it as well given I was living in London at the time it was released.
Only ever played it on launch day for a couple of hours, still have the collectors edition
>playing any ac past revelations
just proves you are underage and never played ac 2 when it released. why would you play literally the same game 10 other times? Black flag is an aberration that only exists because of the pirates of the caribbean movie, its not an ac game.
oh don't get me wrong there are issues like that within the game that are annoying but if you play any ac game long enough you find each one has it weird bugs. that being said i liked how it bridged ac1 and 2 with altairs diary or whatever it was and how ezio had to find it, plus how it went into altair and maria's relationship. from a technical perspective, what they managed to do with the psp was pretty good. the ds games were pretty meh teir, the only reason you would play the first ds game is to see who altair's gf is before maria who's referenced in ac1
2 = Revelations > 3 > Unity > the rest
i'll be honest, i'm probably one of the few people who actually liked ac3. connor was pretty meh but haytham was pretty based and i still consider him to be the hero of the story
It's very well done but holy fuck the lighting is so bad. Everything is blue.
>customize Arno in the options screen
>finally decide on a color and armor
>"this looks great!"
>leave the customization
>looks ugly as all fuck and gives me eye cancer because EVERYTHING IS FUCKING BLUE
literally ruined my entire experience with that game
>Syndicate up there
explain yourself
Black flag
>Get Black Flag for $5 or so on a sale
>Haven't played an AC since Brotherhood
>Just got so fucking shit of stupid parkour and climbing towers and all the other stupid shit with the series
>But hey this has cool pirate stuff
>Almost immediately do all the pirate stuff with only the odd actual game mission here and there
>Hate all the actual AC stuff, just enjoy the boat stuff
>Eventually finish every last thing having to do with being a pirate
>Well, maybe there'll be some cool fights in the story
>Next mission has me trying to tail a fucking boat with my massive warship
>DON'T GET TOO CLOSE OR YOU FAIL
>DON'T GET TOO FAR OR YOU FAIL
>Uninstall
Is it weird to feel insulted that they actually made you do a tailing mission WITH BOATS
Brotherhood, Revelations, 3, 2, Unity, Syndicate, Black flag, Rogue, Origins, >>>>> 1 >>>>> Odissey
Fight me
If your list doesn't have AC1 or 2+the expansion on top it's automatically shit
>all these retards placing brotherhood above revelations
how much do you wanna bet they cant even explain themselves?
