teraflops aren't the whole picture, PS5 is very likely RDNA1 while XSX is confirmed RDNA2. So XSX will get more per teraflop.

During the AMD event the other day they said from stage that both Microsoft and Sony's new consoles will use their latest technology, aka RDNA2.
It's also a given at this point that hardware-level ray tracing is possible only on RDNA2, not or RDNA1, and Mark Cerny confirmed some time ago that PS5 will have hardware-level ray tracing.

I'd get a pre-owned Pro, boost mode keeps Bloodborne from dipping, while DS3 and Sekiro get 45fps on average(30fps on slim). Elden Ring will probably have a higher frame rate on Pro as well

It's all very dubious leaks, not "reports". There are a million and one different leaks regarding PS5 atm, and not two of them really agree on what is going to happen.
The situation is just a mess so far, until Sony comes out with official info we really know nothing solid.

I think MS definitely has the dirty on their specs hence why they already released all that info about XSX, as well as calling their new box "the most powerful console ever made", so I'm thinking Sony strategizing as to how not make their console look weak.
