I love my Pocketgo 2. Just know that the analogue slider is basically just for show. Other than that, the screen is leagues better than original pocketgo's and an inch bigger. The speakers are loud as heck, which works for me but you might need to use headphones. The headphone port is suspiciously tight and I think it's actually a TV Out. I play mostly Snes and Ps1 rpgs and arcade fighters and it handles everything without slowdown. It chugs on bloody roar 2 and tekken 3 if those are important to you, but you can just frameskip and it runs smooth again.

I love my this guy. Recent released RF 2.0 and runs ps1 (2D) games without hiccups. Managed to win the panel lottery and got an IPS display too.

You won't need it for anything, even scummv doesn't support it, but it's BAD. Mine straight up broke and went totally loose. I removed the nub and put a sticker over the hole.

you need to pirate now, not very hard since the PSP is the easiest to jailbreak device

It was digital only with a propietary memory card. I think it was called Micro M2 or something like that.
Hackig PSPs is easy, so pirating games is the way to go, but I never liked the stick on that model

How's Portable 3rd? I've been playing FU a lot and enjoying it but the pokke farming gets a bit obnoxious and the game feels a little bare bones at times. Finished the Granny's quests and doing the Nekhot's or whatever his name is right now, not sure if I'll get around to doing G-rank or not.

I've never understood why they don't make official "retro consoles" for handhelds. Just make a GBA micro or SP with rechargeable batteries and a built-in rom loader with a shitload of games. Easy money.

it's apparently pretty easy if you know anything about soldering

Because there's a whole market of chinese handhelds that can play much more and they're like $40.

I JUST got past that part. Shit still holds up to this day.
