thanks for already ruining this thread

I just finished it a few weeks ago. Holy crap it was a rollercoaster of quality.

>Santa Monica is OK but nothing too mind blowing.
>Game gets better when you hit downtown and hollywood.
>Drops sharply when you hit the Nosferatu Warrens
>Gets better again when you hit Chinatown.
>Becomes DMC2 levels bad once you hit the endgame sections and the massive amount of copy and pasted bullshit and really bad scaling on enemies.

The game would have actually been 100% better if they cut a bunch of the side stuff and trimmed it down. That endgame was absolute garbage.

If nosferatu aren’t in 2 im gonna fucking scream, seriously

being a nosferatu aint so bad

santa monica has the best questing but otherwise i agree.
endgame had too much chaff enemies, which grant no xp and are boring to fight.
a game you could reliably play without much combat skill use turns into a corridor shooter at the end. it's kinda bad, i agree.

>Hong Kong in Deus Ex
>Chinatown in VTMB
>Taipei in Alpha Protocol

Why is the Chinese part of stealth RPGs always the comfiest?

Its basically like being a neet on steroids, which is their biggest upside.
I didnt see any sun at all the entire month of december.

What were your combat stats by the Endgame? Because if you were underleveled then that's your own fault.
