I would say "it's a good day to not be dead", but I just got headshot trying to confront a long-range class that should be frail at close-range. Great times.

I can't defend it but I REALLY enjoy spamming my Nice Shot keybind whenever a Sniper misses a shot or doesn't manage to one-shot me.

Sniper's rifles are removed and replaced with a projectile crossbow that fires faster than the huntsman but takes longer to reload and can charge up and zoom like a normal rifle.

anyone with half a braincell knows Sniper has been OP for many years and I'm baffled it has never been changed. You should not be able to get instant 150 damage headshots. Its too high. Yeah I know you need to be REALLY good at aiming to consistently pull it off, but every clip or montage I see of a legit Sniper raping servers is literally being aggresive / bhop style movement and just spamming 150 damage instant headshots. There is a reason you can't do that in Counter Strike, it would be incredibly overpowered. That is why the AWP is so carefully balanced so not every player is literally KennyS with it.

Get rid of headshots and rework every weapon involving it to instead do something with rifle charge. The class is now an actual support that helps end teamfights by scaring off the enemy and/or taking chunks off prority targets, and with rifle charge presents a high-risk high-reward system that keeps some level of his dps while also doing away with the "click head win game" playstyle he's infamous for now.

A good start but he still doesn't have any meaningful counterplay. Maybe rework the amby and a few other weapons to explicitly be anti-sniper guns while you're at it

Heh, gave me a chuckle. But still it was pretty shit last time i was on.

The piss rifle is his only real support primary, since you take off a decent chunk of HP while enable your teammates to finish them off; not to mention being able to extinguish teammates at a distance. All the other rifles are just about clicking heads, and if you're decent at quickscoping don't even need to worry about positioning yourself.
