Fix the shotgun and enemy AI and I'd be cool with it.

It's true. For all of D3's many, many failings, the sound design for the firearms is WAY up there among the best.

Except the shotgun and assault rifle. Terrible default noises. Redux fixes the shotgun sound though, uses the original sound but just gives it more punch.
Ah I'm just autistic then. I remember having a ridiculous amount of ammo last time i played through the game in like fucking high school when it came out. That was probably just because I was anxiously conserving it. I offhandedly read somewhere that they adjusted ammo counts in BFG so I assumed that meant they reduced it.

I agree though. It's amazing.
Nah they like doubled the amount of ammo you get in BFG. They tried making it more in line with classic and 2016 doom making it more action packed when the rest of the game is not built towards it. They also brightened up a ton of the areas and lessened the oppressive atmosphere.
And yet it's still easy as fuck on Veteran. Should I be playing on impossible?
never had any problem with the ammo's in doom 3 ( played on nightmare) because fucking chainsaw and headshot
but since i played the alpha leak first and didn't knew they changed that i manually destroyed every bodies with the lamp thinking that they would respawn

Ha I did the same thing back when the game first came out too. What a waste of time.
