Humble choice/monthly whatever the fuck they're calling it now thread.

Post whatever. Predictions, favorite bundles/monthlies of all time or off the top of your head.

Mine's probably the Crash/Spyro/CoD WW2 bundle. I got a friend who has like 8 dollars in his account at any given time cuz he bought a piece of shit car that kept breaking. But even his cheap, broke ass bought that shit for nostalgia after I told him about it. Shenmue 1 & 2 remastered + Synthetikk were icing.

Fanatical is one of the better alternatives right now to humble. There's others like indiegala and bundlestar but they aren't as good.

Fanatical has a lot of repeat bundles but there's some good gems buried in them for cheap:

fanatical.com/en/pick-and-mix/staff-picks-build-your-own-bundle-march-2020
Snake pass might be worth it for $2.99 alone. Insurgency is thrown into these bundles all the time but it's still fun. Toki is a pretty old franchise and apparently this version looks good. Crazy Machines 3 is basically your spiritual successor to the old school Contraptions games

fanatical.com/en/bundle/reaper-bundle-2
All three S.T.A.L.K.E.R. games alone are worth the 5 bucks not to mention the other good stuff on there:

There's still also a "killer bundle 12" going on but the ran out of keys for some of the games. Still worth the $3.49 though.

Humble had a decent VR bundle last month even if you owned some of the titles already and the Digital Tabletop 2 bundle has some gems in it. I really want to play For The King in local multiplayer.

My prediction is BAD GAMES

If they offer 3 DRM-free builds of somewhat decent games, consider me sold.

I am literally waiting for choice to drop today, to see if I pull the trigger or end up buying two fanatical bundles that I have in my sight
my predictions:
>Ori
>DOOM 2016
>RE2
so I will probably pause, because i've played all

No way will they do Doom 2016. It has been cheap as dirt for ages. At least not as a featured game. Riot if its Bethesda.net instead of steam keys which will be the case for non-steam doom eternal copies.

it's the perfect time to do it, and the other main reason (apart from eternal) is because it has been cheap as fuck for ages, and humble is a very cheap bastard these days

it's been literally superseded by
>gamepass on pc
>twitch prime games
>epic freebies
just with those, it's about $5 and you get plenty of games, and launch titles, ie: ori2 in a matter of days
humble is done, sadly

>gamespass on pc
it requires an up to date windows 10 os tho

Not only did humble get outplayed at their own game but they also changed their model to be even less value, choice is worse than monthly in every conceivable way

Adding to this I could also see Nioh being part of it

Doom and ori are a given, they always do shill picks that will make people interested in buying the new game

exactly
right now in terms of cheap bundles with decent 1-2 years old games, Fanatical is the king
to play for cheap, gamepass is unbeateable, because they are literally putting launch titles in there every week
and epic gifts some decent games from time to time
everybody has amazon prime, to round things up
inb4 clients, I personally don't give a fuck because I use gog galaxy

today g2a will be flooded with DOOM copies for literal cents

It's an upgrade for classic users.

It's too obvious that you work for Fanatical. Hope they're paying you well user.

Do you pay the old price as long as you're subscribed? Because that's psychological manipulation, not an upgrade

>everybody has amazon prime
fuck off jeff

*IGN left the chat*

Yes, but you can pause it. I've paused for February, myself.

you can even get prime, claim the games, and refund prime

Yes. You pay $12, get 10 games and can pause whenever you want to not pay for what you don't like.

Humble Monthly always netted me a few games that I wouldn't have tried otherwise. You're basically getting 10 games for the price of one at a discount and you're still whining about it. At some point it's the Chinese race to the bottom.

yeah you can skip every month you dont want tho, so long as you remember to go back to their website and click to pause it

every month since it changed to choice there hasnt even been 1 game I want let alone 10

Do you seriously still not know how to add a monthly reminder to your phones calendar app?

The good thing about choice is that at least you now have the option to pause after seeing everything
reminder monthly was a lootbox with 1-3 bait unlocks
we all have seen fantastic months, but also A WHOLE LOT OF GARBAGE you couldn't even sell or trade
probably 90% of the keys in the gray market are monthly spares

The biggest nothing you ever did see.
The biggest nothing you will never regret.
and then 1 decent game mixed in to try and guilt you into the purchase.

Guilt? If the games offered are of interest to you and worth the $12 asking price, then go ahead and get the bundle. If not, then don't get it. Why do you autistic retards have to make everything so complicated?

who said it was a big problem you dipshit?
was just warning him of how it works

I'm so glad I stayed subscribed from the old sub because since around November it's been worth 12 bucks every month since.

Been mostly worth it since June minus October. Which I think was fucking Battletech online or some shit.

user, give me your predictions

After they moved to that weird new system, I stopped buying from them.

Attached: Humble.png (816x654, 548.38K)

The 'Choice' is typically;
>1-2 Big titles that have a ton of DLC to sell, or a new DLC recently released
>2 Older titles that may have DLC, or you already own them
>1 Humble Published game
>1 title that have been given away via Twitch, Epic, or Games Pass
>2-3 'popular' indie titles that you have no interest in ever playing
>1 early access title, that hasn't been updated in months and has been in EA for years
>1 Couch Co-op game

Based on that, my prediction for this month would be;

>Planet Coaster (with 2 shit dlc)
>ARK: Survival Evolved
>Life is Strange: Before the Storm
>Vampyr
>The Occupation
>GRIS
>Kingdom: Two Crowns
>Felix The Reaper
>Exanima
>Heave Ho

Project Warlock and Okami were worth last month's money and I still haven't tried the rest yet.

Thought that thing on the left was a man

looks like an sjw
no matter what you think its gender is you're wrong

how long until the thing drops

Just under 3 hours now.

anybody got an extra copy of Pathfinder?
[email protected]

Then pause it. You lose nothing from pausing a month until you get what you want.

>Got into Warhammer since May last year
>Haven't played many games (PC, Switch) since then
>Backlog keeps piling up
Help
Pic related, its what I last finished.

Attached: IMG_20200306_113726.jpg (782x1116, 217.11K)

I do have it paused, the problem is that it seems like there will never be something that I want because the quality of the games selected has took a steep nosedive into pure shit.

>>ARK: Survival Evolved
It won't be this. They've already given away ARK Survival Evolved in a previous monthly.

Why do these faggots only offer gaypal and credit card but no other options for online banking?

Swap it out for something else that has a ton of DLC and a shit base then.
What Paradox games haven't we had yet?
or maybe Assassins Creed Odyssey?

Its Humble Choice. Just like we can now choose what gender to be and are no longer constricted by the fascist grip of nature.

IGN ruined humble bundle as a key site . all the bundles now are garbage

those fanatical bundles are pretty great, do they always have such good bundles? I never heard about the site

They're either amazing or fucking garbage, no in between.

who cares about a "backlog", play whatever the fuck you want. Don't be so indecisive and just start playing a game you want to play.

Bless you user, saved me $5 in these tough times. I'm gonna pay it forward.

Honestly the last few months have been fine if you have varied tastes. There's a lot of snoozers still but at least you know what you're paying for now

>obsessively F5ing the thread in case codes are posted
>go away for five minutes
>miss codes

here's a code you poorfag

Fucking based, not even mad I missed out on Kiwami

Wait, was that really Age of Wonders III? I already have it because Steam gave it away a long time ago. I thought I couldn't activate games I already own???

check your library

It's not showing anything new so I guess I got it? I don't understand how this is possible, I honestly feel fucking awful stealing a game from an user that could've used it.
