The spite currently in the game makes frames drop like hell. If they haven't solved that, I think a good alternative would be making every enemy spawn a void reaver death portal proportional to their size.

I have a theory that aside from Command (since it's the most famous one) all the ones in the pic are the new, wacky artifacts for this game and that some returning ones are back, but not shown here (for surprise factor, since we already know how they look).

If not, then at least we'll have an official framework to start modding the old ones back in with.

It's in a very early form because it's either in dev for release or scrapped. You need mods to use it.

I don't think it should be INSTANT (it wasn't usually instant in 1 unless you were playing with glass, which hopefully you can still do here in one way or another). But, yeah, it should be powerful and large if a boss dies, but weak and small when a wisp dies.

Commando scales the best in late game because of on hit procs and he has superb range that only sniper could surpass.
Hes a straightforward look-how-hard-I-can-M1 character but that doesnt make him bad by any stretch of the imagination

Even in RoR1 he was always the "good, but so, so boring" character. He's still solid, but just really not as fun as any other character.

Commando was pretty fun in 1 tho

Lining enemies up for an FMJ was significantly easier and more effective than the phase round is.
I still think they made the transition into 3d pretty well but phase round just lacks the same punch when what you get in exchange is the ability to shoot through walls/ground.

Speak for yourself. Getting enough syringes and holding down R and watching the procs go off is some of the most fun you can have in RoR2.

I hopped to a different character at my first opportunity. Maybe it was just the lack of power the first game had. My favorite ended up being Huntress and Loader was my first win.

On a somewhat unrelated topic, I find it weird that some people seem to thing Commando's shot gun automatically makes him an Enforcer hybrid and deconfirms Enforcer from any future updates (including post release). Having a main weapon shotgun will play significantly differently from having a secondary shotgun, not to mention the SHIELD.
