If that's supposed to be leather, the character designer sucks ass. Well they are a terrible artist but it's definitely not leather. Doesn't hang with the right weight and isn't the right texture. Doesn't fold right either despite being loose. And that's assuming its like modern leather (not armour) instead of boiled leather which is very stiff

This is the character for me. I thought I'd make the switch to Bubs solely because all of his buttons feel better, but holy fuck I can't wait to actually learn Vas's combos and start properly punishing/confirming. My only real complaints with the big guy is that his charge doesn't seem that great and his jumping heavy can't be used for cross ups when it looks like an absolutely fuck huge crescent.

They really nailed the animations in this game too. Seeing his cracked and steaming armor post-astral is immensely satisfying.

Not really, most die before their second anniversary, 6 years is really fucking old by mobile games/web browser games standards.
To give you an idea, Rage of Bahamut, which is 9 years old, is considered to be from prehistory.

The only metrics you propose to measure merit is longevity or if the game sells millions and if that's the case then Grub has most AAA games beat. Granblue serves a completely different purpose as I play it at a leisurely pace when I don't feel like playing frame perfect woohoo pizza man. The art-style and music are also god tier and keeps me engaged so sue me, that shit is subjective. No amount of "haha shit taste" will make you any more right or wrong. What is even the point of being an "actual product" nowadays when it's just gonna sit on your shelf anyway.
