Not really, Kanna's route has Kanna's monologue at the start, some different dialogue, Kanna gets "it" from Sara, then Keiji does the same to Kanna, that's about it?

This. Reko is just as useless to the plot as Kanna. Keeping both Alice and Sou are optimal because of their connections to Midori.

I wish Reko and Alice switched places character-wise. I wish Alice was the pop-star and Reko was the murderer, because I much prefer Reko's personality and design over Alice's.

That's why Alice/Sou route is the optimal route. Midori is clearly the centerpiece of the final chapter and one of the big pieces of the overall story and lore. Alice and Sou have personal connections to him to justify them being alive.

their dialogue is pretty similar and doesn't affect the actions of the other characters like sou/kanna does
