Being 243' above sea level would alter the numbers, but I'm not sure how to adjust. Every foot above sea level changes the curvature. (Which is averaged out, since the curve of the Earth is also different from the equator and the north/south hemispheres.)
Something as simple as a foot makes a huge difference in something like this. The only other way I can think to adjust, is to lay down on the beach, to get slightly less drastic of a result. (Record at 1 foot)

Earth isn’t perfectly spherical, it’s an oblate spheroid which bulges at the equator due to rotation.

This is actually a known issue, the length of the meter was first calculated/determined based on the curvature of the Earth in the 1800s and measurements later taken revealed that to be an “inaccurate” number (they didn’t change the length of the meter, but the initial count of meters distance around the world was off) because of that bulging.
