No word on SSD. The ram was seemingly set on 16gb back in July 2019. But the devkit "had more than that". I have no idea what that means.
But the GPU is far from weak. In fact you will not believe what they will be able to do with it initially.
I know there are a lot of memes on Yas Forums about PC's hardware being the same as console hardware, which is almost true (there are a few advantages of having an APU design in terms of CPU and GPU interoperability) but the biggest difference is that the hardware is known ahead of time so you can schedule and design each cycle perfectly in accordance to what hardware is going to perform it, and GNM for Sony allows devs to access some stuff that is variable/unreliable on PC set-ups.
In theoretical performance PC's will dominate the market as per usual. But I expect both consoles to perform in real-world scenarios up there with the best PC's at least for the first year or so. And of course exclusive first-party games will continue to push that edge also.

To calculate the tflops of RDNA, you multiply the clock by the compute units by 128
For 13.3, the best you can do is go back to 60, then bump the clock a bit to 1.73Ghz
Also that memory bandwidth is wrong. a more realistic number is 512GB/s
