Adding Succubus.

Cardio is a waste of time if you want to lose weight. Of course, it is necessary for endurance, but for weight loss? Nah. You'll burn 200-300 kcal at most, and then you'll probably pig out and end up gaining weight. Better to conserve energy so that you can lift heavier. I recently deadlifted over 150% of my body weight for the first time and my pants are noticeably looser.

Is the game about trying to get the player to lose weight IRL? Or just the game character?
Theres no way to change someone’s diet with a videogame.
A button mashing workout game might make sense though

>Spent the past 3 months trying to lose weight.
>Exercising every day
>Eating less
>Cutting out snacks and sugar almost completely.
>Still get the same read on the scales.
>Feel depressed. Worthless.
>Give up.
>Turns out scales weren't working and I've actually lost a pretty decent chunk of weight.

fucking dyel
stop spewing bullshit, cardio can give you way more real-life benefits than lifting heavy things (like endurance for those 12h sex marathons). lifting heavy? HAH, that's what tools are for.

Ring fit adventure

Every time you don't reach your weight loss objectives, an athletic loli coach calls you worthless lazy piece of shit.

But then I'd never reach it

>Game for pedophiles.
>In Brazil it is a crime to own and market this, it should be a crime in the rest of the world.

I'm underweight and I genuinely don't get how people can become fat, eating too much is painful AND expensive.

Good for you user, stay motivated and look to the future

Not true. If you're fat, nothing will burn those calories faster than cardio. Of course if you think you "deserve" McDonalds because you ran for a bit, you were never trying to lose weight in the first place.

Weight lifting does also make you lose weight, just not as much as cardio

For someone who has been in decent shape throughout most of his life, but then started pigging out and getting lazy, how do you even lose weight in the first place? I've never had to worry about losing weight and now I'm fat. My arms and legs are about the same as they were before but my stomach bulges out if I don't suck it in. I'm not as diligent about my workouts as I used to be either. Sometimes I'll have pretty good streak, then stop for a week, which turns into a month. "You're getting old" is not an excuse. wtf is happening to me, I can feel myself slowly turning into a piece of shit.

The same way you became underweight.
Long term habits of slightly not doing what you should do, building up over years.

Just getting the character to lose weight. Add some social interaction too and try balancing it with their daily lives.

a radar chart could work for that.

This. I didn't even really notice I've actually become a fatass until it was years in making. You don't get fat by binging on pizza and sugar drinks, it happens by eating a bit too much and moving a bit too little for too long time.

No I mean, being fat actually take effort, being a skeleton is easy if you're lazy. Like you need actual motivation to stay a fatso.

You're implying that overweight people are some kind of gourmes or connoisseurs, in reality they're racoons and pigs in human form, literally eating trash, the most cheap and disgusting food you could imagine. Nothing is cheaper than processed food.

>an athletic loli coach calls you worthless lazy piece of shit
That doesn't sound like you want me to lose a weight.

>Rank: Overweight Braphog

Did no one told you? What about clothes or photos of yourself taken by others?

No, just doing what you've been doing for years is lazy.
Changing takes effort.

Lose weight = burn more calories than you eat

Calculate your daily calorie intake using google (set it to sedentary lifestyle )

Subtract that by 500

Try eat the resulting amount in calories every day. You'll start seeing pounds fly off

I was 180lbs starting January, I'm 166 as of this morning. I'm not even out of shape, just cutting for summer

>making people that big actually run
it's the fastest way to make them stop altogether. they're basically too fat to keep up.

>Did no one told you

No, I don't anyone has ever said anything about my looks one way or the other.

>What about clothes or photos of yourself taken by others

It actually was the clothes that made me better my habits, but I just genuinely didn't pay attention to becoming fat. Even when it crossed my mind I thought it's just a little bit and nothing to worry about, but it becomes something to worry about when it just keeps happening and "doesn't feel too bad" yet.

Is this the equivalent of "I dropped my secret weight belts"?

Wii Fit was pretty good for it too.

I guess. I mean, you'd think I'd notice getting the exact same measurement each month for 3 months, but, I suppose I just thought I'd be making excuses for myself.

The only type of game that I can see as being engaging enough is VR, and there needs to be a lot of space and movement to work well. Sports are the only way cardio is fun otherwise.

Also, if your weight didn't change but your fit is different, you probably gained muscle. Muscle is much denser than fat.

I'll give this a shot, thanks

its not the cardio its the binging afterwards.
maybe if your will was like warrior you could go a day without eating like a pig.
post body.

VR kit with legs support so you actually actively playing

Can we have a game about gaining weight first?

>Stuck with my parents
>Mom keeps buying me tons of chocolate and candy
>I have little self control so I try to avoid being around it, worked wonders when I'm at work
>Tell my mom to stop buying me candy, and have done so multiple times because if it's thwre I'm going to pig it down
>Every time she gets angry at me and tells me I'm talking garbage
>Have put on all the weight I lost
She does near enough the same thing with the cat. The poor thing is obese and dying, every time it's taken to the vet, the vet recommends an immediate diet and exercise. This lasts for about a week before my mom goes right back to giving it "harmless treats" every hour of the day. She's a fucking toxic feeder.

Most fat people are mentally unhinged and suffering from some sort of extreme trauma or disorder that drives them to constantly eat
This shit also gets passed down through families. Not genetically, but from fat fuck parents who feed their kids awful shit and give them bad habits that can be excruciatingly hard to break later in life

The best bodytype

Attached: 1563377015738.jpg (660x1100, 209.07K)

this is disgusting. whoever made this should kill themselves.

She sounds like an awful person who's trying to keep you depressed and in poor shape because she can't improve anything about herself

according to modern medical research, lifting is more beneficial for your health than cardio

There's barely any.
The last decent one was Noone's and it didn't even have any sex in it.

>I PICK THINGS UP AND I PUT THEM DOWN
Fuck off retard, cardio is the most important part of being healthy along with a good diet.

>trying to lose weight
> do cardio for a few weeks
>decide to get into weights
>everyone says, get a kettlebell, start at 16KG
>get a kettlebell
>16KG is way too heavy to do anything with it with my noodle arms.

The 13 year old coomer

This is thinly veiled bragging, isn't it?

Make a KR grindfest MMORPG.
You hate playing it, you're suffering while doing it, but you think it's worth it in the long run.
And sometimes it is.

Most likely because these behemoths go out and try running, forgetting that their knees aren't used to moving, let alone not designed for +200kg stress.
If you want to lose weight using cardio, use a bike or go swimming.

I totally disagree. Cardio is horrible on a fat person's body. It wrecks their knees, it wrecks their lower back, it wrecks their feet, it wrecks their sides. Unless they are 100% committed to losing weight (and be honest, most people are not 100% committed) cardio is one of the fastest ways to get them to give up. Trust me, this is coming from a former fat guy who tried numerous times to lose weight. I only was able to stick with it when I completely gave up on cardio (until I lost like 50 pounds, that is) and only lifted (and changed my diet of course).

Lifting is way better because the pain is so much easier to deal with. The lower back pain is probably one of the worst things about being fat and you're easily able to mitigate it with lifting. The only suitable cardio that is really not gonna wreck your back is swimming, and not everyone has access to a pool they can work out in.

Wrong. 20 second sprint incline, 30 second walk decline, 20 second sprint incline, 30 second walk decline, 30 second sprint incline is a fucking incredible exercise for losing weight and increasing stamina you stupid fucking dyel

Losing weight boils down to literally "eat less". It's the easiest thing in the world, just don't eat so much. Getting fat requires much more effort, since you actually have to eat a shit-ton of food.

>black
>learned how to swim in middle school
>never swam again
I wish I did. It was fun but I probably forgot how.
Whats good cardio for people with flat feet? My feet hurt like hell when I run.

I am pissed off this garbage even exists. Whoever made this should pay for what they did. I strongly feel that this is an insult to life itself.

>nothing will burn those calories faster than cardio
Even if you're doing cardio for three hours every day, the fat burn effect is minimal compared to fixing your diet. Exercise does obviously have a number of health related benefits, but losing weight is all about eating right.

Fat people running is entertaining as hell

you can only lose weight by doing drugs but you have to lose a certain amount without ODing.

Biking, Elliptical biking, or swimming. Swimming is the best one by far, but if you don't want to swim then biking is pretty cool. I lost weight by lifting, but my older brother (who was always skinnier so he didn't have lower back problems) did a lot of biking and it really helped him lose weight.

while I am Yas Forums in the flesh, you must go above this stupid myth, you can swim just as well as any, just stay in the shallows and learn a simple breaststroke before building up to a full on crawl.

This is true. The only effective way of weight loss is dietary change. Workout is secondary and cardio should be downright avoided since it induces panic hunger.

t. Went from 85kg to 65kg by just dropping carbs

I surf user, don't believe pol

I lost weight by just changing my dieting to eating once a day. I don't know if it is bad for me or anything but I just tend to eat a large early dinner and do some exercise later on and go to bed after. After like a month I barely even feel hungry throughout the day and then I can eat a huge ~1,500 calorie dinner and come in way under my calorie requirements for the day. I've lost 34 pounds as of this week.

Even if it is bad for you, it's not like being overweight is good for you.
