Supposedly (and by that I mean based on the trailers at the end of each episode and the theories everyone was tossing around back in the day) Bigby was going to be framed for the murders and the Mundy cops were going to start discovering the truth about Fabletown.

The real reason why the season was rewritten was because Bill Willingham, the comic’s creator, wanted the game to be canon to the comic and rode Telltale’s dick throughout production to make sure they kept 100% close to continuity instead of letting them do their own thing.

Beside her easy on the eyes design, she's a good, long-standing friend of Bigby who seems to genuinely care about him, she's good with kids as seen when she interacts with TJ, and her actions always made sense to me. Plus I really just like how she's written

I remember hating her on my first playthrough as the episodes released, but I replayed it a few months back and Snow really stole the show for me. It also probably doesn't hurt that she shares a lot in common with my waifu

The farm isn't even that bad in the comics, IIRC the pig just liked living in the city.
