Disc Racer
>Passive: Build up a little extra speed from continual sprinting. All skills can be used without breaking sprint and benefit from speed.
>Primary: Swipe with a laser disc. The slightly extended hitbox makes for good sweeping attacks through enemy crowds.
>Secondary: Throw a laser disc like a boomerang. Disc penetrates more enemies depending on momentum.
>Utility: Dash and create a laser wall. Impact deals more damage and wall is longer based on movement speed.
>Special: Supercharge speed and power for 5 seconds. Ends with an AoE burst of energy damage as you release excess charge.

Drone Operator
>Passive: Spawn with special drone that inherits items. Personal drones stay near you unless directed otherwise.
>Primary: Send spherical drones to bash enemies before returning.
>Secondary: Command drones to attack or heal the target depending on if its an enemy or ally. Very low cooldown.
>Utility: Heal all non-player allies in a wide radius for 75% HP over 5 seconds. Grants armor to allies during this time and revives special drone if it was killed.
>Special: Powers up all drones--combat or medical--by 200% and gives them a 50% AoE effect for 10 seconds.

I'm a little worried that people will insist on putting some shitty artifacts on for the sake of having artifacts on. Base RoR2 is far better than base RoR, I don't think we should strictly stick to a particular artifact combination like we do in 1
