I wanna punch this smug cunt in his face.

We got in a fight with monkey but everything is fine now

Does Velkhana have a gender or is it just like Nergigante?

The one we fight in the story is referred to as "he" so that one is male at least, i'm assuming other Velks can be either gender.

wall slams, trust me, only one better to wall slam is Zinogre due to the loud THUD it does.

Looks pretty feminine to me, like Kulve, while Nergi looks rather masculine, proportions-wise.

That's fine. I just still want to fuck one and wipe that smug look of it's face.

>applying human proportion logic to animals
No. Nergi can be normal female for it's species.

Pretty sure that the cutscenes referred to it as she. How they even determine that, I don’t know. But the game is calling it a she.

The Nergigante is genderless and reproduces by spikes is the censored version, in reality they are all male and they cum on another monster and the cum absorbs part of the monster to grow into a Nergigante

Based

>implying you could DOMINATE velk
>implying it won't be teasing you endlessly with icy breaths and warm licks
>all the while that smug face is staring at you

I'd argue that we have an example of sexual dimorphism for the same species with the Rath couple.
Rathian seems sleek and light, while Rathalos looks more massive and armored.
But yeah, I never tried to imply it was canon, it's just how I percieve it.
Though I think Kulve is meant to be a female, or it's likely massively percieved as one.

Are you guys seriously sexualizing the monsters? Really?

Attached: 1574894315257.png (204x240, 112.67K)

The research commission says that it ASSUMES kulve taroth is female, they can't actually tell because there's been zero information on kulve for 40 years.

What's the best way of farming T3 investigations in Iceborne?

>Rathian seems sleek and light, while Rathalos looks more massive and armored.
I don't remember this. They looked the same but different color.

T3 hunts in the GL since you need gems anyway. Break parts and sniff feet.

Just use Greatsword or Hanmer and smash his face in till he dies. Best fight in Iceborne

God damn it. That's what I've been doing, and I have gotten exactly fuckall from feet so far. Investigation farming was a mistake.

Based on monster hunter threads, I'm sure they have more than enough hunters willing to find out

female(male)

The Raths look exactly the same except color and some minor differences on the body and heads.

user please continue

Satisfying fight, especially when using GS solo.

i kinda want to check out kulve despite it being outdated

can stuff be done solo? i dont know shit about this encounter. whats the general approach?

>you will never feel velk's cool scales brush against your skin
>you will never be both warm and cold while in Velk's embrace
>you will never join your hand with Velk's claw
do you wish to continue?

Pic is shit but it expresses pretty much what I'm trying to say.
Rathalos seems more prone to use brute force and has a more proeminent exoskeleton, while Rathian doesn't seem as "bulky", probably due to the fact that she can rely on poison.

Why is Kulu's face so expressive?

I would not recommend doing it solo because it will take fucking forever. Your goal is to break off Kulve's horns, which contain the golden weapons. Much like a tower defense game, Kulve will appear somewhere in the Caves of El Dorado map, and you need to find her and start beating on her. Collect her footprints, collect gold fragments she drops, and don't let the Gajalakas and copepr beetles haul them all away. All that raises Kulve's "Pursuit Level", and a higher pursuit level makes her parts easier to break, raises the quality of the final rewards, and makes her stick around longer in the caves before escaping. Ideally you want to beat her up enough to advance to the second area instead of escaping, then beat her up to advance to the third area, then finally the fourth area where you can break off her golden mantle and horns.

As Taroth is covered in a mantle of gold, she's weak to thunder and fire while wearing it, and ice when it's gone. It will take several sieges to complete, once she escapes post the quest again and keep trying, your progress is saved between all sieges. She shares the Great Jagras skeleton and general attacks, but as she's fucking massive, watch out for her rolls and sweeps. And don't get hit by her heat breath attack.

Following jho around in elder's recess.
He just loves dropping them.

I feel like I'm burned out, even though I haven't maxed my Grinding Lands and unlocked materials needed for Iceborne weapon augments.

I just don't want to do more tempered monsters.

Who the fuck are you to judge, Kulu? you literally fuck rocks

Velk is just a Kushala Daora trying to cosplay as a Legiana.

why rathalos doesn't have poison in his tail

I was just indulging the other user.
Legi a best.

he does

Birds are just expressive

It discovered having it in a non removable part is more efficient even if the poison itself is worse.

Rathalos has poison claws instead

>spoiler
Blue board, you degenerate.

>can still get poisoned from a tail attack

This thread sure has taken a turn

more dismemberment

So if he bukages a hunter and it covers the hunter does is hunter get TFed into a Nerg? What if he cock vores something does the Nerg spawn inside the others balls?

>no T2/T3 high Q.I kulu variant

(tempered) Seething Bagel is such a comfy fight. Feels weird that it counts as T3.

>trying my hardest to play with IG effectively
>know that the faggot with the puny ass sword and shield does 3 times the damage just by jumping and slashing a few times

>Thinking about playing this game again
>Remember the soundtrack
How can something so minor ruin an entire game? I actually like most of the new features too

I would really like some kind of "early" monster variants redesigned to be threatening in T2/T3.
Crystal Kulu was a nice idea, but I feel like other monsters could get the same treatment, like Tzi-Tzi.

Legit question, why is Tobi Kadachi depicted as some sort of clingy, potential girlfriend monster so much? I don't recall it behaving in a special way in the game.

cute and smol factor

Attached: Forbidden.jpg (469x393, 100.46K)

I mained IG in 4U, base World, and beat the story with it in Iceborne.

Just don't. IG is too cucked. It's best used as a flexible, agile ground weapon with good reach but Crapcum just keep adding useless gimmicks.

huh

Ya damn furries.

Both of you need to seek help

Getting a blowjob from a Tzitzi!

world was a mistake

I don't think you know how to play IG, it's a good mobile weapon that deals alright dmg.
