Q-Taro Burgerburg (right), a major character from the indie mystery game Your Turn to Die (known as Kimi ga Shine in Japan) is performing a move known as a dab in front of the main character of said game, known as Sara Chidouin.
A dab is a dance move, which when performed in front of another person, can signify you have acheived victory over them. This is commonly referred to as dabbing on someone.
By dabbing on Sara, Q-Taro is affirming his victory over her and the other contestants. This is further supported by the bad he's holding in his free hand, which contains the 200 tokens necesssary for him to literally buy his escape route.
And this is why you can see Sara crying in this drawing. She's distraught overthe fact that Q-Taro chose to claim victory by amassing 200 tokens since this means she and her companions are now doomed to die.
