The most based gaming PC case ever made.
The most based gaming PC case ever made
based on what?
Costing a ton more than the normal one because it has a glass panel and a mesh in the front. And yes, there's no thermal difference with or without that mesh worth noting.
yes but without the mesh, too noisy
>there's no thermal difference with or without that mesh worth noting.
Objectively untrue, retard.
Soulless.
>160 USD for a mid-tower case
Look up the thermal tests and try again.
You're thinking of the Meshify S2, the Meshify C is $80-90.
Urine tinged plastic. Disgusting taste.
I did, which is why i know you're an idiot.
Mesh fronts are vastly superior to nearly closed off ones.
Check the Gamers Nexus website, they did tests on every noteworthy case on the market.
For me it's the Fractal Design Define Mini C, with solid sidepanel for maximum sound dampening.
Based retard.
Compare the Define C and Meshify C, it's a significant difference.
3C. Just wow.
>No Cooler Master
Huh???
>6°C difference
Am I just reading this wrong? That doesn't seem like a big deal, unless you're literally pushing thermal limits to begin with in which case the bigger issue is either your fans or you pushing the OC too far.
>3C
Because 3C matter, retard.
>47 to 52 with proper fans
That's 5 degrees retard, which is pretty significant when you consider that this difference is caused purely by the case.
But hey, if you're happy with gimped temps because you don't like mesh, don't let me stop you.
Just don't act like it doesn't make a differnece.
Good taste buddy. I have used both the black and white one. The space in the back could have been better though. I couldn't even fit a fan controller in there
Show me the Define C thermals with Noctua fans, otherwise only stock is of relevance.
>gimped temps
Why do you insist it's gimped when in that benchmark both are massively below any sort of thermal limit?
You're effectively arguing someone should buy a 2080ti to hit 300fps in a game instead of a 2070 Super for 210fps when their screen only supports 144hz
It's in the graph i posted you dumb shit, AF-14 fans are Noctua.
It doesn't because thermal throttling won't happen in either case as well as 52 not being high.
Go ahead and pay the extra if you want. But it's simply marketing.
Hey I got one of these for a 3600/2070S build with two Noctua fans to supplement the bundled ones.
Any temps experts want to advise me if that's enough? Should I consider an aftermarket cooler for my 3600 even if I won't be overclocking it?
Oh, and it's louder which is way more important when the thermals are good enough in both.
Define C > Meshify C.
I'm pretty sure the temps in the chart are "this much above room temparature", considering that all the idle temps are in the 2-3 degree range.
50 over room temp is significant is 70 degrees, you wanna get as low as you can in that kinda range.
The Meshify C doesn't cost noticeably more than the Define you dumbass.
Any chassis that doesn't have completely removable front panel HDD cages are garbage. The last good chassis made was the Antec 900/1200 ones, because you could literally fit 9 to 12 HDDs in them respectively (more if you get creative).
why would anyone care about that when 2+ tb drives now exist and external storage is cheaper than ever?
Unless you're a data hoarder or want to setup a colossal home entertainment centre two slots for HDDs and a MoBo that can handle an nvme ssd is fine for most users.
>glass panel
What the fuck for? Just get the version with a solid side panel.
just buy a NAS
The difference is 20 EUR here.
>I'm pretty sure the temps in the chart are "this much above room temparature",
Ah, yeah, I can see the point then - particularly if you live in a warm climate, that 3-5 degrees could be the difference between throttling or not.
Thankfully I'm in Ireland where we get above 20°C maybe 15-20 days in a year so that's not really an issue for me personally, but I can see how others might really want the mesh front
>the one on the right
yup, that's SOUL
+
= (pic related)
>lackluster front I/O
>no fan controller
>no SD/Micro SD card reader
>no optical drive cage
>limited hard drive cages
>tempered glass side panel sticks out
into the trash it goes
But that's not the NZXT Phantom Full ATX.
>No window because nobody cares about your RGB fagtron lightshow or your need to see and pat yourself on the back for how much money you spent on components that hold value like milk ages
>Hot-swappable drive bays
>Watercooling and cable management grommits for any/all cable tie setups
>Space for 7 fans, 3 200mm and 4 120mm
>Subtle blue lighting in a sleek, angular dual-tone design
>Solid build quality that will fit anything and everything, and last through multuple builds
I've rocked this since 2011 and I see no need to change my case through 3 builds now.
yes what you posted is souless, right
and disgusting
>It's louder
I'm guessing you're a dumb noctua nigger stuck in 2012 that also thinks because when GN takes an AiO cooler and cranks the fans and pump to max (which they never even run at 40% max speed during stress testing overclocks) that someone how means your shit-brown fans are quieter and better?
Nigga, you dumb.
5C means exactly nothing.
>window
This is unironically more ricer than any rgb fag case I have seen...it's just looks like it out of 2008 lmao. What a shitty case.
i prefer the nonwindow tyvm
>build pc with this case because it look nice despite the glass panel
>fractal design releases case without glass panel 2 months later
glass panels are stupid and I'm angry
I need 5.25" bays.
I want an NZXT H1 with that mesh front panel.
Nah this is the most chad pc case
For me it's the S2 vision Blackout RGB because i'm not a retarded poorfag
He could have at least sold the parts online.
Outta the way bitches, true chad coming through!
This beauty was made continously for 15 fucking years with only minor changes, and many modern brands got their start rebadging these such as Antec.
Redditors are so fucking dumb
And it doesnt even look that good
Agreed
2TB drives are nothing. 9x8TB drives is more like it. And yes data hoarding is the future.
You try buying a NAS with more than 4 HDD slots. It's overpriced garbage. And the only other option are server chassis, jut those are super loud, need special PSUs and rack mounts, and are super expensive unless you get a hand me down.
I bought a cheap Argentine case at a yard sale. If that's not soul, I don't know what is.
I made a deliberately gaudy PC because I wanted to throw back to when PCs were actually loud and annoying.
My main PC has some RGB in it but by and large I went for a much more subdued and cleaner aesthetic.
Your CPU cooler is upside down
Pc fags like you with no knowledge about electronics think that that temperature does any harm to the parts when in fact there is zero difference. I swear when will you trannies stop falling for every meme?
It's not about harm to parts, it's about improved performance.
Overclocking is an obvious case where 5 degrees are a massive difference, but even under normal usage it can be helpful. Ryzen CPUs naturally boost higher the cooler you keep them, for example.
Vain retards who would rather buy a solid front case for the same price as a mesh one are braindead.
Performance > aesthetic. (+ mesh front looks better anyway)
>side window
18+ board
Why are people like you obsessed with wanting to be boring?
I bet you're also one of those mongoloids who think graphics peaked on the PS2.
>Why are people like you obsessed with wanting to be boring?
Imagine unironically thinking your childish RGB eyesore makes you an interesting person
NOOOOOO YOU CANT JUST HAVE SIDE WINDOWS AND RGB IT NEEDS TO LOOK BORING AND PLAIN LIKE MINE
I don't think that.
I do however think that people who have such a strong negative reaction to it are supremely boring.
Your masculinity must be extremely fragile if you're this afraid of a bit of color.
it look cool
>calls others retarded when he doesn't know about thermal throttling of gpus, cpus, psus.
You're fucking dumb mate. Its not about harming the parts it's about them running at peak performance. Show benchmarks so I can shit on you. Overclocking is all about thermal limitations as well.
Nope, THIS is the best PC case. Period. Change my mind.
>protip: you can't
>plexyglass
Nope. Only based cases are completely opaque.
The terms you're looking for are "classy" and "mature".
