Imagine if these people fucking played the games, and appreciated ZUN's hard work and effort in more ways than just the character designs and backstory. Seriously, the danmaku itself is a huge part of each character.

I agree but at the same time it can feel a bit daunting having to describe what exactly you like about specific patterns.
We could point out small details that we love, I guess. I love how in Stage 1 IN, the fireflies in the background move away from your player character. It's a nice touch and something I don't really think ZUN does much of after that.
