New York city is people stacked on people. It's a constant rush hour. California was intentionally designed as suburbia, with, what I assume is a higher rate of car ownership, so less public transport and pedestrian travel when exiting quarantine. However New York is a Hellscape while California is like a beautiful girl that is a crazy bitch so there's some perks to California while New York has none. So I assume the hospital workers in New York would be of lower quality to complete shit for working there. New York is such a shithole I wouldn't surprised if there's an ebola epidemic running around unspotted. Drug use is probably higher there and health is probably lower quality from economics not allowing to afford food or vitamins.

The reason for the spikes in deaths is hospitals shutting down to anyone besides covid patients. Ppl who would normally go in at the right time for heart attacks, strokes, pneumonia even are scared of catching the covid so they wait an extra couple of days until they're critical or dead

The fact that there are hotspots is a dead give away in and of itself. Corona Virus Flu's don't have hotspots as everyone gets infected. The fact that people are still really dying at these hotspots suggest something else is going down entirely. Say for instance intubating on high pressure air fucks up your lungs and will cause lesions much like they are reporting now.
